As I speak to clients and friends, it is clear that I am not alone in feeling that a lot is changing. And those of us who have not yet made the changes that they have wanted to make in a while, are feeling it very strongly in this moment. And that can bring up a lot of fear. Change is not easy. It can be uncomfortable, painful, scary. But it can also be liberating.

As I navigated very significant changes in my life a few years ago, it was a very lonely journey. It was meant to be that way. I have had a path of introspection and inner work, in solitude. No one could have helped more than they did, because I was meant to find all the answers walking alone, at least for a few years. I am now open to, and receiving, an incredible amount of support. I believe that I was meant to journey in this lifetime in that way, so that I can tell you today that you don’t have to do it all by yourself! And that you, too, have everything that you need inside of you. And I can help.

As we look back at our evolution, we can easily find those events that changed our lives forever. But in the moment when they happened, they were just another moment. Just another choice. For me, such a moment came when a friend asked me the following question:  “What would you do, if you had no fear?”. It took just a few moments, and it was just a question. Not a major event. Nothing spectacular. But it changed my life forever. It was the trigger that started a chain of awareness that everything that I had done up to that point (and I was close to 40 years old) was out of FEAR. I was very honest, and it made me quite sad. But it was true.

I then decided that I will no longer let fear stop me. That even when it’s hard, and scary, even if I hesitate or worry, I will no longer make my choices based on fear. It was a very powerful moment, and it was just one of the millions of moments that followed, when I did feel the fear, and I chose to go for it regardless. When my intuition showed me clearly what my next step was, but my mind was too afraid, I went for it anyway. Because I wanted to show my mind that we are safe now, that there is nothing to be afraid of. And it became a new habit, of choosing FREEDOM over FEAR, over and over again.

One of the biggest challenges that my clients have is not knowing how to navigate change, and allowing the fear of the unknown to muffle the inner voice, the whispers of the Higher Self. And feeling all alone in this journey.

I am opening a 10-week CHANGE Co-Creation Container. It will be a group workshop over 10 weeks including January, February (a March break for Egypt + Romania retreat) and two weeks in April. We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will have hot seating where everyone gets to ask questions on where you are getting stuck, and what you are struggling with, and get coached. We will clear a lot of limiting beliefs and blocks, and we will also do energy transmissions and clearings to complement all the hard work with a more feminine flowy energy. All sessions will be recorded and you can watch them even if you miss a day.

The price that my intuition picked is $1111 / 10 weeks. We will be meeting twice a week. When I did the calculation, it comes down to only $55.55 / day. As and it turns out 5555 means significant change and transformation. So there you go, a beautiful alignment.
